Great thought is given to how we can ship efficiently and bring benefits both to our client and the planet.
Our deliveries are as considered as any other part of a commission. We ask questions upfront to understand your needs and constraints, and to ensure everything arrives safely and on time.
In the UK, we deliver in our own vans, offsetting emissions through the planting of native trees. For international shipments, our partners FreightBrokers offset DHL shipments by 250%, and we offset larger shipments and team travel through Ecologi.
We are always looking for the most sustainable shipping option and are happy to discuss this when we confirm delivery details.
Packaging is given the same care as the pieces themselves. We use reusable, recycled, recyclable or compostable materials wherever practical, without compromising on protection.
White glove delivery is available on request.
