100 Year Plan

Our 100-year plan is a commitment to making furniture and lighting that lasts, adapts and improves with time. It is the lens through which every decision in the studio is made.

We are a certified B Corp, among the highest-scoring companies in our industry.

Designed for longevity

We design for lasting relevance, balancing material durability with timeless aesthetics. We talk to every client about how a piece will be used before we select materials or start to design.

Built to endure

We prioritise high-quality construction, so every piece remains robust, repairable and useful over time. The details that make something strong are often the same details that make it beautiful.

Simplicity in everything

We pursue simplicity in form, process and production. Less, but better.

Responsible production

We reduce waste by making only what is needed, holding minimal stock and limiting unnecessary physical resources like samples, showrooms and travel.

Circular by design

We support the full lifecycle of our work: repair, restoration, repurposing, resale, recycling and reclamation. No piece we make should ever be beyond saving when the time comes.

People, craft and planet

We invest in craft skills, work responsibly and inclusively, and consider environmental impact in every decision we make, with a focus on regeneration over extraction.
