A set of bespoke barstools

Our client loved our raccolta table (seen here), and asked us to create a taller version that could be used with barstools which we were also tasked with designing and making. The raccolta design has its roots in 16th century Italy, so we looked for a period design that would work as a barstool, and remain in-keeping with the raccolta.

The design was eventually inspired by period milking stools, which scaled up beautifully, and echoed the curves and period of the raccolta. We made the stools to fit snugly under the table when not in use.
