piece does not end at delivery.

Through our RE-MC programme, we offer continued support across the lifetime of every piece we make. Whether you need advice on care, a repair carried out, a finish updated, or help finding a piece a new home, we are here.

Care advice

Questions answered and care materials recommended, however long after delivery.

Repair and restoration

Carried out in our workshop where possible, with costs quoted per job. We always try to do the right thing by our clients.

Refinishing

A piece can be completely refinished at any time, allowing it to move with a space or pass to a new owner.

Resale

We can help find a Matthew Cox piece a new home and can look after logistics. We take a small commission on any sale we facilitate.

Reclamation

There’s no reason our pieces won’t last for generations, but if a piece reaches the end of its useful life in its current form, we can advise on material options and, where possible, step in directly.
